We want you to love your purchase from Chico’s. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we offer merchandise credit for returns within 60 days of purchase.
How to Return Your Purchase
- By Mail:
- Pack your return in the original packaging if possible.
- Include the original receipt or packing slip.
- Visit cheapchicosnearme.com to print a prepaid return label.
- Drop your package at any UPS location.
- In Store:
- Bring your item and receipt to any Chico’s store.
- Returns without a receipt may receive merchandise credit.
Return Exceptions
- Final sale items, including clearance and special event merchandise, cannot be returned.
- Swimwear, intimates, and earrings must have original tags attached for return.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing.
